FEATURES & APPLICATIONS :
STANLEY CSP 66, is a Nickel base alloy powder having Chromium, Boron, and Silicon elements for hard wear resistance and also resistance to cavitation. It is used as a general purpose build-up powder and used as a corrosion resistant material.

NOMINAL Cr 10 % , B 2.5 %, Si 1.5 %, Al 1.0 %, Ni Balance
CHEMISTRY PARTICLE SIZE : -120 + 325 Mesh ( 106 + 45 um )
Melting Temperature: 1850ºF (1010ºC)
Coating Hardness RC 32-39
Coating Density 7.06 g/cc
Application: Worn-out or mis-machined parts Soft bearing surfaces
STANLEY CSP 66 coatings can be finished by dry grinding with a toolpost grinder. |
